Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for children, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for use.
Perform medical imaging tasks, including taking X-rays and utilizing 3D scanning technology as needed.
Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using a dental software system.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
Support the overall operations of the dental clinic by performing administrative tasks as required.
Skills
Experience in a dental clinic setting, particularly in pediatric dentistry, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry principles to facilitate effective teamwork with the dentist.
Knowledge of infection control practices to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and their guardians.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent patient care.
