Pediatric Dental Assistant (Hybrid Position) – Full-Time
Twelve Corners Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team in a unique hybrid role. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional care to children and their families.

Primary Responsibilities
This hybrid role includes responsibilities in both clinical assisting and practice support, including:
Assisting our pediatric dental hygiene team during preventive appointments
Taking high-quality dental radiographs
Chairside assisting for our pediatric dentists as needed
Instrument processing and sterilization in accordance with infection control protocols
Maintaining OSHA compliance records and related documentation
Managing clinical supplies, office ordering, and inventory
Supporting daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
Required:
Previous clinical dental assisting experience
Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong professional references
Preferred:
Experience working in pediatric dentistry
Knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
Experience with inventory management and supply ordering
