Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dentistry
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our small, close-knit pediatric dental team! Our practice is built around providing exceptional, individualized care to our little patients in a calm, supportive, and unhurried environment.
As a small team of seven, including one provider and our office manager, we value teamwork, communication, and creating a positive experience for every child and family who walks through our doors. Unlike fast-paced offices that focus on seeing as many patients as possible, our practice prioritizes quality over quantity. All of our appointments, including hygiene visits, are scheduled for a full hour, allowing us to take our time, build trust with our patients, and provide thoughtful, thorough care without feeling rushed.
We are looking for someone who shares our patient-first philosophy, enjoys working with children, and understands the importance of patience, compassion, and attention to detail in pediatric dentistry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a small office with one provider and enjoys being part of a collaborative, family-oriented environment. Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, and familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus.
