About Us
Schell Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a new, modern pediatric dental office opening in Mount Juliet. We are building a positive, energetic team dedicated to creating comfortable and enjoyable dental experiences for children and their families.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant who genuinely enjoys working with children. The ideal candidate is upbeat, patient, organized, and able to help children feel safe and confident during their visits.

Responsibilities
Assist the pediatric dentist during preventive and restorative procedures
Help children feel comfortable using positive communication and behavior-guidance techniques
Take high-quality digital dental radiographs
Perform coronal polishing within the scope of Tennessee regulations
Prepare treatment rooms and complete efficient room turnovers
Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols
Accurately document clinical information in patient records
Educate parents and children about oral hygiene and postoperative care
Maintain clinical supplies and notify the team when items need to be reordered
Support other team members as needed to keep the office running smoothly
Help create a welcoming, fun, and judgment-free environment for every family
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Experience:
Dental assisting: 2 years (Required)
Language:
Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
X-Ray Certification (Required)
Coronal Polish Certificate (Required)
