Job Description
Our busy pediatric dental practice is looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with children and helping create a fun, positive dental experience. If you’re friendly, dependable, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details:
Full-time position
Pediatric dental office with a welcoming, kid-friendly environment
Team-oriented, positive workplace culture
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Help children feel comfortable and at ease during visits
Take digital X-rays and update patient charts
Educate patients and parents on basic oral care
Maintain a clean and organized clinical area
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
Radiology certification
CPR/BLS certification
Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dentrix Ascend experience preferred but not required
