Pediatric Dental Assistant – Boutique Pediatric Practice
$300 Sign-On Bonus | Monday–Thursday + Short Friday | Paid Holidays | PTO | Double Pay on Your Birthday

What You'll Do
Assist with composite restorations, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and other pediatric procedures
Take dental radiographs and complete prophies
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain excellent infection-control standards
Help children feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their visits
Communicate with parents and provide excellent patient education
Keep the day running efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive environment
Provide exceptional customer service to every child and family
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in dental assisting — pediatric experience is a plus
Comfortable assisting with pediatric restorative procedures and crowns
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Naturally warm, patient, and compassionate with children
Excellent with customer service and communication
Dependable and organized
A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Positive, professional, and eager to learn
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a practice
Most importantly, you have to genuinely like kids.
Pediatric dentistry is about much more than holding a suction and passing instruments. We want someone who understands that the way we make a child feel can be just as important as the dentistry we provide.
Our Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM–1:30 PM
