Pediatric Dental Assistant | 3-Day Work Week | Private Practice | Bonus Opportunities
Are you a Registered Dental Assistant who loves working with children and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience? Mor Smiles 4 Kids is a growing private pediatric dental practice seeking a compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented RDA to join our office.
We believe that great dentistry starts with great people. We are looking for someone passionate about helping children develop healthy smiles, who enjoys working closely with others, and takes pride in delivering excellent care every day.

Compensation:
$20 - $32 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist Dr. Morales chairside during pediatric dental procedures and examinations
Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Monitor patient comfort and help create a positive dental experience for children and families
Review medical histories, record vital signs, and provide post-operative instructions as needed
Perform coronal polishing and other duties permitted under Texas RDA regulations
Maintain organized operatories and clinical inventory
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
Provide occasional administrative support, including scheduling and patient communication, as needed
Qualifications:
Computer skills and experience with dental software and updating patient histories is needed
Need state licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
Coronal polishing certification in the state of Texas
