Hiring Experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant (NYC)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering efficient, high-quality care while creating a positive experience for children and families. This role is an excellent opportunity for pre-dental students seeking meaningful hands-on clinical expereince during a gap year.

What We're looking for
Assist the doctor chairside during pediatric procedures with efficiency and professionalism
Provide excellent patient care with a calm, child-friendly approach
Take digital X-rays and clinical records with precision
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic charting
Deliver clear post-op and oral hygiene instructions to parents
Support smooth patient flow and a well-organized clinical environment
Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of availiblity required (gap year candidates welcome)
1+ years of dental assisting experience required (pre-dental coursework or shadowing considered)
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and positive demeanor with children
Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
Strong references required
Benefits
Full Time (35-40 hours per week)
Must be available to work some Saturdays
Flexibility/ability to work at both locations
