Pediatric Dental Assistant/ Registered Dental Assistant

We are searching for a motivated Dental Assistant with GREAT PERSONALITY, A TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. We are committed to finding someone who excels in:
Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Focusing on developing professionally within our practice vision
Creating connections & relationships with others
Exemplifying being a team player
Being punctual, mature, detailed-oriented and reliable
Having at least 1 year of proven chairside clinical experience (required)
Basic chairside skills and experience in pediatric dentistry (required)
Exceptional computer skills
Responsibilities include:
Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a comfortable environment for young patients.
Utilize Open Dental and other EMR systems for accurate patient documentation and record management.
Educate patients and their guardians on dental care practices and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to aseptic techniques.
Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Willing to cross-train and provide assistance in the with patients in the front office.
Hours are:
Monday/Thursday 8am-5pm
Thursday/Wednesday 10am-6:30pm
Some Fridays 7:30am-4pm
