Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA/DA) Wanted - Make Little Smiles Shine!

What We're Looking For:
- A genuine love and passion for working with children.
- Bilingual superstars - fluent communication in both English and Spanish is essential.
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience.
- CPR certified and holding a valid X-Ray License.
- Comfortable with basic restorative procedures and taking radiographs (pediatric experience is a big plus!).
- Tech-savvy is a bonus - prior Dentrix Ascend knowledge helps, but we'll train you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide chairside support to the dentist and manage instruments during procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a clean treatment area following strict aseptic technique.
- Take and develop dental radiographs while following all safety regulations.
- Document patient information accurately in Dentrix.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Help promote our practice - assist with marketing efforts such as social media, community events, and patient referrals.
- Keep our little patients calm, comfortable, and smiling - you're often their first friendly face!
