We're a family-owned pediatric dental practice with a small, close-knit team that genuinely loves coming to work. We're co-located with Freelove Orthodontics and Smile Design, which means more variety, more learning, and more opportunity to grow, all under one roof.

We're hiring for two roles:
Position 1 — Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant Mondays, Tuesdays & some Wednesdays
Position 2 — Full-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant (Cross-Trained in Clinical + Admin/Marketing) Half your time chairside, half your time keeping the practice running and growing — think scheduling, patient communications, insurance, ground marketing and social media. Ideal for someone who loves dentistry and enjoys the business side of a practice.

What you'll be doing (both roles):
Coronal polishing and taking X-rays
Oral hygiene education for our young patients
Assisting the doctor with treatment
Collaborating with our ortho neighbors at Freelove for cross-training opportunities
What we're looking for:
A genuine love of working with children
A warm, team-first attitude
Dental assisting experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
For the full-time role: comfort with admin tasks and an interest in marketing is a big plus

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
