We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Pediatric Dental Assistant who loves connecting with children and families and takes pride in making every visit a great one. If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others, you may be the perfect fit for our team!
What You'll Do
Assist our pediatric dentists during a variety of dental procedures while helping create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
Perform dental cleanings and fluoride treatments
Capture digital dental X-rays
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
Work with the entire dental team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
Bring kindness, energy, and a can-do attitude to every patient interaction!
What We're Looking For:
Recommended at least 1 year of experience in the dental field; pediatric dental experience is a plus!
A friendly, upbeat personality and a genuine love for working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients, parents, and teammates
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Pediatric Dentistry of Winter Park provides comprehensive, personalized dental care for children from birth through age 18 in a warm, caring, kid-friendly environment. Led by Dr. Allie Miller, the team focuses on preventive care, healthy lifelong oral habits, and compassionate support for anxious and special-needs patients. Services include restorative and emergency care, sedation, laser frenectomies, limited orthodontics, and pediatric root canals, with therapy-dog events designed to make visits more comfortable.
