Your Role & Impact
As our Pediatric Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice. You're not only assisting with dental procedures; you're creating moments that make families feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their oral health. Every interaction you have helps a child overcome dental anxiety or gives a parent peace of mind about their family's oral health.

What you'll master:
Become the friendly face and voice families trust
Intraoral Radiography
Pediatric Operative Dentistry Assisting
Pediatric Laser procedures
Build genuine connections with patients and families
Grow skills that translate to any industry (communication, problem-solving, healthcare administration)

Who We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Detail-oriented mindset (the little things matter in healthcare)

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
Fast learner who's excited about growth

Xray (Radiology) License
Nice-to-haves:
Any healthcare/service industry experience
Familiarity with dental software (Dolphin is a plus)
RDA or COA (big plus!)
Deal-breakers:
