Job Description
Busy pediatric dentistry practice with immediate opening for a full-time back office assistant to join our caring team. We are a conservative practice focusing on coaching patients/parents on oral hygiene and diet, while still offering N2O, conscious sedation, and general anesthesia when needed. The employees are respected and the team is happy. Our beautiful new office (with a FREE gym for employees) is located in a professional building just east of Paradise Valley Mall in north Phoenix. Job Title:
-Pediatric dental back office assistant
Job Qualifications:
-Must have back office experience
-Must have cheerful personality and relate well with children AND their parents
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be motivated, teachable, and have an upbeat attitude
-Dental assistant experience required
-Pediatric experience preferred
-Current x-ray certification required, coronal polish certification preferred
-Professional attitude and appearance required
-Bilingual is a plus
Schedule and compensation:
-M-Th 8-5, F 7-4, (4-5 days per week, full-time)
-Approximately 40 hours/week
-$19+/hr depending on experience
-Paid time off, sick time, 401(k) offered; office scrubs provided
