We are looking for a Pediatric Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our dental practice. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pediatric Dental Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing administrative support and exceptional service to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Patient Coordinator:
Master treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate services being performed at checkin
Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care and office efficiency
Check patients in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure
Verify insurance benefits and provide clear explanations of coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options
Collecting and posting payments
Answer the phone promptly and professionally addressing patient requests in a helpful manner
Be courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times — creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care
What you’ll bring:
One(1+) years’ experience in a dental front office position with knowledge in dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental software systems preferred
Experience with the Open Dental software preferred
Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Stable work history and commitment to your role
Bilingual preferred to create a welcoming environment for the patients in our communities - but not required
