Pediatric Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Experienced Bilingual Dental Receptionist (Spanish/English)
Job Type: Part-time (minimum guaranteed 24 hours per week)
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Day shift
No weekends
Potential for additional days/hours in the future
Our growing pediatric dental office is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment. Reliability is extremely important for this position.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend
Answer phones and assist with patient questions
Verify insurance and assist with billing
Assist with patient check-out and follow-up scheduling
Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Previous dental office experience REQUIRED
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service skills
