Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office
Eugene, OR | Part-Time & Full-Time Available | $18–$27/hr DOE
We're a friendly, patient-focused pediatric dental practice looking for a warm, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face families see when they walk through our door. Whether you're new to dental or bring years of experience, we'd love to meet you — we're happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with a welcoming attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Check patients in and out using our practice management software (Fuse by Patterson)
Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and claims
Collect and post patient payments
Communicate treatment plans clearly to parents and guardians
Keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
What We Are Looking For :
No dental experience required, we will train the right person! Prior dental front desk experience is a plus
Comfortable learning new software
Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
Friendly, professional, and great with kids and parents
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Schedule:
Flexible. both part-time and full-time positions available.
Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends.
