Front Office Coordinator – Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting children and families with a warm, cheerful smile
Answering phones and helping parents schedule appointments with ease
Responding promptly to office emails and text messages with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating the daily schedule to keep the office flowing smoothly
Verifying insurance and helping families understand treatment plans
Collecting payments and reviewing financial options with parents
Supporting the clinical team in creating a 5-star patient experience
Keeping the front office organized, upbeat, and welcoming for every family
What Makes You a Great Fit

Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Dental or medical front office experience is a plus
