Pediatric Dental Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary
Locally owned Pediatric dental office looking to hire a Scheduling/billing position within our practice. One of our wonderful employees is transitioning to staying at home with her family and we are looking for someone just as wonderful to join us!

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, smart, funny, hard working, and someone our patients and their families will love!!

Previous experience with billing/scheduling in the dental field is REQUIRED.

We work a 4 day work week (Mon-Thurs) , but for the right person would allow them to come in a 5th day. Knowledge of dental coding, insurance, billing, scheduling, and general operations of a dental practice is required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients and their families, billing, collections, insurance verification, presenting treatment plans, scheduling and setting up appointments, answering phones, practice marketing.

We are looking for someone who has a bright, happy personality and works well with a team as well as is efficient and self-motivated. We take treating our families very seriously, but have a lot of fun doing it, and are looking for the right person to join our team!

Pay varies depending on experience, we provide paid holidays, monthly clothing allowance for work attire, and full medical benefits.
