Pediatric Dental Hygienist, Marshfield Pediatric Dentistry | Marshfield, MA
Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Start Date (August–November 2026)

Marshfield Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned, board-certified, pediatric dental practice. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a fun, supportive, family-focused environment where both our patients and our team thrive.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ oral health and provide preventive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and scaling as indicated
Take appropriate radiographs and accurately document clinical findings
Apply fluoride and place dental sealants as prescribed
Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene education to patients and families
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow
Assist with recall scheduling, follow-up care, and overall hygiene workflow
Maintain appropriate infection control and operatory standards
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working with children and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing a positive patient experience
