Position Summary:
We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care and education to children of all ages, with a strong focus on pre-teen and teenage patients. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy, productive schedule through strong patient relationships and continuing care.

Responsibilities:
Provide thorough preventive dental care, including cleanings, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Evaluate oral health conditions and effectively communicate findings and treatment needs with the doctor
Apply sealants and other preventive treatments to support long-term oral health
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and healthy habits, with a strong focus on pre-teens and teens
Build strong patient relationships that encourage trust, schedule consistency, and long-term patient retention
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and patient records
Adhere to all infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and efficient workplace culture focused on exceptional patient care
Demonstrate consistent attendance, reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude that supports both patients and team members
Qualifications:
Active Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification
Pediatric experience preferred

Position includes a primary office location
Travel between all three locations may be required to support team coverage
Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
