Job Description
URGENTLY HIRING!!
Earn hourly rate or percentage of production, whichever is greater!
Tebo Dental is a well-established and privately-owned children & teen dental group with locations just north of Atlanta, GA in Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Gainesville, and Cumming. We are a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric practice seeking dedicated, patient-focused hygienists (either PT or FT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient/parent experience
Lead and support hygiene assistants with a positive, team-focused approach
Perform dental cleanings, , including removal of deposits above and below the gumline
Accurately document restorations, perio charting, and clinical notes
Educate patients/parents on oral hygiene and overall health
Provide appropriate oral hygiene tools and recommendations
Advise on recall and follow-up care needs
Adhere to protocols for safety, infection control, and practice operations
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
Assist with stocking supplies and supporting smooth patient flow
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current dental hygiene license in the state of Georgia
Positive personality and an exceptional chair side manner with pediatric patients
Great attention-to-detail and strong communication skills
Ability to travel between our office locations is preferred—located in Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Gainesville, and Cumming
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
