Responsibilities
Provide exceptional preventive dental care for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Deliver a positive, friendly, and comfortable experience for patients and parents.
Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures.
Remove plaque, calculus, and deposits above and below the gumline.
Complete accurate charting, periodontal assessments, and clinical documentation.
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
Recommend appropriate oral hygiene products and home care routines.
Support recall scheduling and ongoing treatment recommendations.
Lead and collaborate with hygiene assistants and clinical team members.
Follow all infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
Assist with overall patient flow and clinical efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Georgia.
1-2 year of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding chairside manner with children, teens, and parents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Dependable, professional, and positive attitude.
Ability to travel between locations preferred.
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
