Pediatric Dental Office - Dental Hygienist

Franklin Children’s Dentistry is a boutique pediatric dental office in Franklin, TN. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking Dental Hygienist to join our growing team!

We are a small, single-doctor practice that values teamwork, kindness, initiative, and creating an exceptional experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. We are seeking someone who is positive, motivated, and enjoys building relationships with families while providing outstanding patient care.

We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Benefits are available for full-time team members. Part-time candidates must be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments appropriate for pediatric patients
Take diagnostic radiographs
Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and cavity prevention
Assist in creating a positive and comfortable experience for children
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Work collaboratively with Dr. Robyn and the dental team to provide excellent patient care
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Contribute to a positive office culture and team environment
Requirements
Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional patient care
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required

Competitive compensation: $40–$45 per hour based on experience

Schedule
Regular Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Current Summer Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
