Job Overview
We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team! This full-time position requires candidate to work between two locations (Town & Country and Warson Woods). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental office setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service.
Experience in a dental office is required.
Duties
- Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Patient Coordinator or Dental Receptionist
- Proficiency in dental software such as Curve, Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
