Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and truly enjoys working with children and their families. Would prefer 1-2 years of experience in dental office administration.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.

Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.

Facilitate smooth payment transactions and maintain accurate records.

Utilize practice management software to input and manage patient information effectively.

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.

Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently to patients while addressing concerns and questions. Utilize tools such as patient financing or membership plans to guide case acceptance.

Potentially assist in the marketing department opportunities.

Other administrative functions that may arise.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
