ResponsibilitiesFront Office
Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information
Present treatment estimates and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Clinical
Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital radiographs
Provide patient education and postoperative instructions
Help maintain inventory and organize supplies
Ensure excellent infection control and clinical efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
Previous dental front office and/or dental assisting experience preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
Current CPR certification
Current Nevada dental assisting certifications (or ability to obtain)
