Job Description
About Us: We are a fast-paced, busy Pediatric Dental Office looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our family! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our young patients. We welcome applications from both military family members and civilian candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage multi-line phones with professionalism and care.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Warmly greet and check patients in/out.
Verify dental insurance coverage and handle basic billing.
Assist with Recall and continuing care systems.
Available Monday to Thursday and some half day Fridays.
Other admin duties.
Qualifications:
Dental Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
Software: Familiarity with DENTRIX is a significant plus.
Skills: Knowledge of dental terminology and basic insurance/billing.
Attributes: Solid work ethic, quick learner, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
