Dental Receptionist
Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry – East Norriton, PA
Full-Time | 4–5 Days per Week | No Evenings | No Weekends

Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a fun, welcoming environment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment families walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify dental insurance and review patient benefits
Check patients in and out
Collect co-pays and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Confirm appointments and help manage the daily schedule
Communicate effectively with parents regarding treatment and appointments
Work closely with our clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently
Qualifications
Dental front office experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric dental office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
$20–$26 per hour, based on experience and skills
$20/hour for candidates with little or no dental experience who are eager to learn
Up to $26/hour for experienced dental receptionists who are cross-trained and able to assist in multiple areas of the practice
