We are looking for a true hospitality superstar. Your ability to build trust with parents and create a premium, welcoming environment is our top priority. Our ideal candidate naturally smiles through the phone, takes ownership of the patient experience, and ensures every family feels like a VIP from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You Will Do
Serve as the dedicated first point of contact, providing a welcoming and seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Expertly manage communications, direct incoming calls, and answer parent inquiries with absolute professionalism.
Coordinate complex scheduling blocks to manage time and provider flow effectively across a busy practice.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service, luxury hospitality, or medical/dental front office role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished phone etiquette, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred (But Not Required)
Familiarity with Open Dental software, Flex, or Mango Voice.
Previous experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics.
