Pediatric Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a knowledgable and experienced front office coordinator/treatment coordinator in Crowley, TX!

We are a private practice pediatric dentistry office that offers a wide variety of services and is dedicated to providing a friendly environment to our patients and their families. Experienced in all aspects of front office (scheduling, insurance verification, etc)
Experienced in dental treatment coordination (presenting treatment plans, checking insurance benefits, etc)
Experience in billing is not required but beneficial
Skills/Requirements:
Experienced in dental practice management software (Open Dental, etc)
Managing patient files (patient forms, attachments, faxes, letters etc.)
Insurance: Verification, checking benefits. Experience in PPO and Medicaid.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work confidently in the front office
Working with existing team well to create a smooth and productive day
Pay is highly competitive and negotiable based on experience and skillset. Performance bonuses based upon productivity.

Ideal candidate is also a Registered Dental Assistant, but not required.

Minimum of 1 year experience in the dental field is required.
