Job Description
Memorial Dentistry for Kids is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a fun, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. Our mission is to create positive dental experiences for children while promoting lifelong oral health habits. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team and provide high-quality dental care to our young patients.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and behavior management techniques.
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans.
Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and developmental concerns.
Utilize sedation or anesthesia when necessary to ensure patient comfort.
Work collaboratively with our dental team, including hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, to provide a seamless patient experience.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and guidelines.
Foster a fun, engaging, and positive environment for children to feel comfortable visiting the dentist.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
Valid Texas dental license (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with children and parents effectively.
Passion for working with children and promoting good oral health habits.
Experience with sedation dentistry is a plus.
