Job Description
First Impressions, S.C. is a multi-location pediatric dental practice with 11 state-of-the-art offices dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric dental care. We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist (DDS / DMD) who is passionate about patient-centered care and wants to grow with a supportive, collaborative team.
This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist looking for a long-term role with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and partnership potential.
Job Responsibilities
Provide pediatric dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs
Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures
Create positive dental experiences in a child-friendly environment
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and support staff
Participate in continuing education and professional development

Job Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
Active or eligible dental license (state-specific)
Experience working with children and special-needs patients preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
