Duties and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care.
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver compassionate care using behavior guidance techniques and age-appropriate communication
Collaborate with a friendly, experienced clinical team to ensure outstanding patient experiences
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with all regulatory and safety standards
Develop a trusting relationship with children and parents ensuring a calm and positive dental visit.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Current state dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
