Beachside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a pediatric dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Satellite Beach, Florida.

This is not an opportunity where a new doctor will need to build a patient base. We have a full, established schedule, a strong community reputation and an experienced team ready to support the incoming provider from the start.

The Opportunity
· Full-time position, four to five days per week
· Full, established patient schedule
· $1,450 daily guarantee or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
· Experienced clinical and administrative support team
· Supportive, collaborative environment with guidance available as you grow if needed
· Established systems and consistent patient flow
· Private, family-owned practice

What You Can Expect
You will step into a busy pediatric practice with patients already waiting to be seen. Our goal is to give you the support, resources and trusted relationships needed to grow confidently as a provider.

You will have room to develop your own clinical style while working alongside experienced doctors and a team that is available when you need guidance. Whether you are completing residency or have been practicing for years, we want you to feel supported, not micromanaged.

New graduates and experienced pediatric dentists are welcome to apply.
