Job Description
Our established pediatric and orthodontic dental practice is seeking a licensed dentist to join our team. The practice is fully staffed with experienced assistants and administrative support.
One day a week - 8am to 4pm.
Details:
Modern, digital practice with friendly, team-oriented environment
Primarily pediatric and family patients
Competitive daily rate or percentage
Malpractice coverage required
Must hold an active Virginia dental license in good standing
Utilize dental software systems like OpenDental, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes is advantageous.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.
