We're seeking a compassionate, clinically strong Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with a focus on pediatric care to provide exceptional care 2–3 days per week. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in modern, high-quality offices with established patient demand and an experienced support team.

Focused on individualized, comfortable, and educational dental care that helps children build lifelong healthy oral health habits.

Both practices offer a welcoming, kid-friendly environment and provide comprehensive pediatric services, including:

Preventive dentistry

Restorative dentistry

Sedation dentistry

Position Highlights

Part-time schedule (2–3 days per week)

Practice between two established pediatric offices

Strong clinical and administrative support teams

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents

Perform examinations, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans

Complete preventive and restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and sealants

Perform pediatric procedures such as pulp therapy and extractions

Administer or oversee nitrous oxide and/or general anesthesia, as appropriate

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care

Create a positive, engaging, and comfortable experience for every child

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Pediatric Dentistry residency preferred or significant experience treating pediatric patients

Active, unrestricted Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)

Nitrous oxide certification required

Experience with pediatric sedation and behavior management preferred

Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
