Pediatric Dentist – Marblehead, MA
A growing dental organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and extensive professional development support in a collaborative environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and their families.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers through exceptional clinical care and communication
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
