Job Description
Overview
A growing South Florida orthodontic practice is looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join the team and make a meaningful difference in the oral health and well-being of young patients. In this vital role, you will provide specialized dental care tailored to children and adolescents, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a fast-tracked path from part-time to full-time as the practice scales, including plans to expand to a second location. Practice name provided upon interview.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
DMD/DDS with pediatric dental training/certification
Active (or eligible) Florida Dental license
Positive Details:
Part-time to start, with a fast track to full-time hours
Startup practice environment, help shape scheduling, protocols and growth.
Potential expansion to a second location, with growth opportunities for the right fit
Insurance & Patient Base:
We accept all major insurance types: HMO, PPO and State/Medicaid plans. This gives you a broad and divers patient population from day one.
