Job Description
Can you imagine living and practicing 1 hour from Disney AND some of the world’s best beaches?
Our distinguished private pediatric dental practice, recognized as the "Best of Central Florida" ten times during our 13-year journey. We are currently in search of an Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team, working closely with our Owner/Pediatric Dentist and two other Associate Pediatric Dentists. Situated in Lakeland, FL, conveniently nestled between Tampa and Orlando, our practice operates exclusively on a PPO & FFS basis, with no involvement in Medicaid.
Committed to providing unparalleled customer service, our exceptional team ensures that our doctors can focus solely on delivering top-tier dental care rather than managing administrative tasks. We are seeking an associate who shares our vision of long-term commitment to our practice and community. The position offers the flexibility of working three or four days a week, with the option to perform IV Surgery. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, patient appointments are not scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional time management skills, adept at engaging with both patients and parents, and eager to expand their clinical proficiency to meet the diverse needs of our patient population. New Graduates welcome to apply.
