Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join a growing family dental practice in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to children, adolescents, and young adults in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about pediatric dentistry, preventive care, and building strong relationships with patients and their families. Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for children, adolescents, and young adults
Promote oral health and preventive care through patient and parent education
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and dental conditions
Develop and present individualized treatment plans
Discuss treatment options and recommendations with parents and guardians
Monitor the growth and development of teeth and jaws
Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic findings
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive dental treatments
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient care
Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, technology, and clinical best practices
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Active Georgia dental license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure
Passion for working with children and families
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care
Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred
