We're looking for passionate pediatric dentists and general dentists who love treating children to join our growing pediatric and orthodontic dental group!
What Makes Us Different?
Exceptional earning potential: $120,000–$400,000+ annually, with opportunities for continued growth
Work-life balance: 3–5 days per week
Clinical variety: Comprehensive treatment of primary and permanent teeth, including composites, extractions, surgical procedures, pulpotomies, stainless steel, zirconia, white-faced and BioFlex crowns, frenectomies, and more
Hospital dentistry: Opportunities to provide comprehensive treatment under general anesthesia in outpatient hospitals and surgical centers
Collaborative care: Work alongside experienced pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and a supportive clinical team
Mentorship and growth: Clinical Director guidance, continuing education, and leadership opportunities
Established patient base: Primarily children and adolescents under 18, including patients with special healthcare needs who may continue receiving care into adulthood when clinically appropriate
