EverSmiles Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice in Palatine, Illinois.

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking for 1–2 clinical days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our pediatric practice continues to expand. We're searching for someone who enjoys building relationships with families, providing exceptional clinical care, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that is focused on long-term growth rather than simply filling a schedule.

For the right candidate, there is also a future pathway to partnership as the practice continues to grow.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental treatment
Diagnose and develop treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
Build trusting relationships with patients and families
Collaborate closely with our orthodontic team to provide coordinated specialty care
Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree
Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program
Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A compassionate approach to treating children
