The Opportunity :
Mount Sterling Pediatric Dentistry, led by Dr. Emilee Sexton, is seeking a full-time Pediatric
Dentist to step into a well-established, thriving practice as Dr. Sexton prepares for retirement.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected pediatric dental practice with a loyal patient base,
strong referral network, and deep roots in the community.
The incoming Pediatric Dentist will assume clinical leadership of the practice, guide the team,
and play a key role in shaping the future growth and culture of the office. With an established
patient base serving families from eight surrounding counties and neighboring states, this
position offers immediate productivity and long-term ownership potential

A Day In The Life Of :
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care using accepted clinical and radiographic
techniques
Serve as clinical leader for the practice, supporting quality care and team development
Develop and present treatment plans focused on long-term oral health outcomes
Deliver care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment
Mentor and support clinical team members as needed
Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
Ensure adherence to all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, Dental
Board standards, and practice policies
