The Opportunity :
Roanoke Pediatric Dentistry, built and led by Dr. Corey Sheppard, is seeking a full-time
Pediatric Dentist to join our growing and highly respected practice in beautiful Roanoke.
We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated doctor who is passionate
about pediatric dentistry and excited to grow alongside a supportive, innovative team.
At Roanoke Pediatric Dentistry, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an
exceptional team culture. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where mentorship,
teamwork, and advanced technology come together to create an outstanding experience
for both patients and providers. Backed by a knowledgeable and welcoming staff, our

Our state-of-the-art practice offers a comprehensive range of pediatric dental services,
including:
Laser dentistry and laser frenectomies for tongue and lip ties
Cosmetic pediatric dentistry featuring zirconia crowns
Hospital-based OR cases through established local hospital partnerships
Certified Level 1 Surgery center operating rooms with anesthesiologists for inoffice general anesthesia services
Advanced technology in a newly expanded and fully renovated facility designed
for continued growth and innovation
A Day In The Life Of :
About the Position
Full-time Pediatric Dentist opportunity working 4 days per week
Established, growing practice with strong patient demand
Collaborative and supportive clinical environment
Clear pathway to partnership within 3–5 years
Clinical autonomy with mentorship and leadership support available

Competitive collections-based compensation with guaranteed salary
Earning potential of $300,000–$400,000+ annually

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree required
Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry required
Licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for licensure
U.S. work authorization required
