What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, restorative, and preventive treatments
Build trusting relationships with patients and families through a warm, engaging approach
Collaborate with a strong clinical and administrative team
Participate in treatment planning, including hospital-based dentistry cases
Grow into a leadership role with increasing responsibility over time

Mentorship and support in developing both clinical and leadership skills

What We’re Looking For:
DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited residency
Licensed in California
Board Certified or Eligible
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality care
Excellent communication and a natural ability to connect with children and families
Team player with leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset
Desire for long-term growth and ownership
