Full-Time | 5 Days per Week
Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Pediatric Dental Practice
Southwest Pediatric Dental is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in St. John, Indiana and Orland Park, Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent five-day work week, an established patient base, and the opportunity to provide exceptional care in a practice dedicated exclusively to children.
At Southwest Pediatric Dental, our mission is to create positive dental experiences that build healthy smiles for life. Our team provides comprehensive pediatric dental care in a welcoming, child-friendly environment while utilizing evidence-based behavior management techniques and collaborating closely with parents to ensure the highest quality care. The practice offers preventive, restorative, surgical, and sedation services and welcomes PPO, HMO, and Medicaid patients.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
Utilize age-appropriate behavior guidance techniques
Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and quality care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Indiana and/or Illinois
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing outstanding pediatric dental care and building lasting relationships with patients and families
