Established in 2015, our private practice has grown alongside our patients’ trust and appreciation, making us a respected name in comprehensive dental care. We are looking to hire a Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team.

Over 10,000 existing patients (grew from 0 in 2016 to 10k in 2026)
Multi-Specialty Practice with an Orthodontist on Staff/Full Ortho Department & Comprehensive Dental Implant and Cosmetic Surgeries are Performed Daily

New beautiful state of the art 7,000 SQ office with 12 equipped operatories and future plans for 6 open bay chairs in our own pediatric department

The goal is to grow a Pediatric Department/Dentist by leveraging our already large patient base and the success of our Orthodontic division, existing patient database and request for Pediatrics in the area

Job Overview
I am seeking a passionate and energetic Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. I started this practice in 2016 with the goal to build a multi-specialty practice with general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatrics, sedation dentistry and a dental lab on site. I grew the patients from 0 - 10k in 10 years and am proud of our practice in the community. I'm proud of our team and look forward to adding Pediatrics to our staff. I hear daily about the need of pediatrics and with our current orthodontic department, we have a patient database of children ready to begin pediatrics immediately. In this role, you will provide exceptional dental care tailored specifically for children and adolescents, ensuring their comfort and fostering positive dental experiences. Your expertise will help promote lifelong oral health habits while adhering to all healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. I look forward to meeting you. Duties
Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental services, including examinations, cleanings, restorations, and preventive care
Perform dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery with precision and care
Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation with Eaglesoft to accurately assess and record patient information
Assess patient medical history, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with state healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
Communicate effectively with young patients and their families to explain procedures, answer questions, and promote oral health education
Skills & Experience:
1+ Years as a Pediatric Dentist with a PA Dental License
treatment planning and explaining need care to parent/guardian if needed
Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments using medical imaging and anatomy knowledge
Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and ensure positive patient experiences
