Pediatric Dentist

Pediatric Dentist — Come Grow With Us at Wild About Smiles
Wild About Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics | Middle Tennessee
Some dental jobs are jobs. We think the right one can change the trajectory of your career — and make Monday mornings a whole lot better.

Wild About Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an exceptional Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Middle Tennessee.

We’ve been caring for kids and families since 1983, and for more than 35 consecutive years, our community has voted us #1. We’re incredibly proud of that — but we’re even prouder of the team and culture that made it possible.

And one important distinction:
We are doctor-owned. Not corporate. Not a DSO.

We believe great pediatric dentistry happens when talented doctors have the autonomy to practice excellent dentistry, an experienced team supporting them, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Why Wild About Smiles?

Four-day work week — because a great career should leave room for a great life.

Highly competitive compensation package with strong earning potential.

Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology and exceptional clinical support.

Sedation and general anesthesia capabilities for comprehensive pediatric care.

Clinical autonomy without being left on an island.

Mentorship from experienced pediatric dentists for new graduates or anyone who wants it.

Collaborative pediatric dentistry + orthodontics under one roof.

Established patient base and strong community reputation built over four decades.

Real opportunity for long-term professional growth for someone looking for more than their next job.

And perhaps most importantly: a talented, slightly wild, genuinely fun team that cares deeply about our patients and about each other.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a pediatric dentist who is clinically excellent, kind, energetic, team-oriented and genuinely enjoys working with children and families.

You might be a new pediatric dentistry graduate looking for the right place to begin, or an experienced pediatric dentist searching for a practice where you can put down roots, grow professionally and practice the way you believe dentistry should be practiced.

Either way, we'd love to meet you.

At Wild About Smiles, we take exceptional dentistry very seriously. Ourselves? Considerably less so.

Our goal is simple: provide extraordinary care, build real relationships with families, create a workplace people love, and have some fun while we're doing it.

Exceptional care. Genuine connection. A little bit of wild.

If you're looking for a practice where you can build a career — not simply fill a schedule — come see what we've built.

Send us your CV or simply reach out for a confidential conversation. No pressure, no corporate recruiting script — just a chance to get to know each other and see if Wild About Smiles might be the place you've been looking for!! LSTARCHER@WILDABOUTSMILES4KIDS.COM OR 402-730-7473 CALL OR TEXT
