Lawton Kids Dentistry is seeking a full-time, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving practice working in the state of Oklahoma. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that provides top-tier care to children in a busy and collaborative environment! Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Structure: Fixed Daily rate commensurate with $350,000-$600,000+
Sign-on bonus/Relocation Assistance
Continuing Education (CEU) Allowance
Uniform Allowance
All Licensure Fees Covered

What You’ll Do:
Comprehensive Pediatric Care: Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including clinical and OR treatments (3-4 days per week in the OR).
Patient Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with young patients and their families, educating them on dental health and treatment options.
Practice Stats:
Total Revenue: $6.5 million in production per year
Patient Volume: 130 patients per day
Demographics: 70% Medicaid / 30% PPO & Cash
Location: Located in Lawton, OK, near Southwestern Hospital
